Territory Manager-Remote

Overview

Priority1 is a dynamic nationwide company specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are expanding our sales force in Oakland with outside Territory Managers.

The Territory Manager will focus on new business acquisition, selling and setting up new accounts, and managing account relationships within a small‑to‑mid size business environment.

• Prospecting new business, including extensive B2B door‑to‑door cold calling.
• Developing lead generation and utilizing CRM to track activity.
• Selling and setting up new accounts.
• Managing accounts you sell.

New hires receive three weeks of corporate training and additional senior TM training over the course of their career, primarily conducted in Little Rock, AR. The Fast Start Program includes 3 months of in‑the‑field training with upper management.

Achievements are recognized in front of peers and the organization to motivate competitive individuals.

• Preferred: 2 years of freight sales experience.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.
• Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended).
