Commercial Representative

Harfang Lab is a French scale-up specializing in cybersecurity that develops EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform), and ASM (Attack Surface Management) software to detect and neutralize modern cyberattacks on workstations and servers of an entity. Our engines, models, and algorithms detect abnormal behaviors and generate security alerts or block the execution of programs.

Since our creation in 2018, the technology of Harfang Lab has been widely recognized, winning prestigious awards and becoming the first EDR certified by the ANSSI in 2020, then the first to obtain an ANSSI qualification in 2025. We are also proud to have joined the French Tech 2030 program, alongside 80 other innovative French companies, at a time when cyber resilience has become a major strategic issue for Europe.

We have raised a total of 30 million euros, allowing us to strengthen our teams from 40 employees in 2023 to 130 today and to develop internationally across Europe.

Today, Harfang Lab protects the endpoints of more than 800 clients of all sizes and sectors: CAC 40 industrial companies, government entities, SMEs, hospitals, and local authorities. With a strong collective spirit and international ambitions, Harfang Lab continues its expansion while remaining faithful to its initial objective: to protect organizations against increasingly complex cyber threats while allowing its clients to maintain control of their data.

You will join the Commercial Team of Harfang Lab, responsible for the promotion and sale of our cybersecurity platform as well as the retention of our clients.

This team is made up of Sales Development Representatives dedicated to prospecting new opportunities, Account Executives in charge of developing public or private client portfolios, and Channel Managers in charge of the indirect sales strategy through our network of MSSP (Managed Security Service Providers) partners.

You will collaborate with the entire Customer Journey (CSM, Pre-Sales, Marketing) team of which you will be a part to ensure the follow-up and retention of clients by developing a privileged relationship with them.

Your main missions will consist of:

  • In the first place, building a portfolio of public or private SMB accounts through various prospecting actions (main activity for the first four months),
  • Contributing to the sales cycle, from qualification to closing the opportunity,
  • Managing the relationship with MSSP partners in your territory,
  • Participating in client meetings and the elaboration of commercial proposals,
  • Collaborating with the Pre-Sales, Marketing, CSM teams involved in commercial contracts,
  • Establishing quotes and ensuring the follow-up of invoicing with the Salesforce tool,
  • Participating in various events of our ecosystem.

Hard Skills

  • You are in the last year of a Bachelor's degree or 1st year of a Master's degree in business school (or equivalent training) and you are looking for an internship contract,
  • You ideally already have previous experience in a company, in a commercial function or oriented towards customer relations,
  • You speak French fluently and have a good level in English both written and spoken (B2 minimum).

Soft Skills

  • You have a very good relationship management as well as good writing skills and you enjoy working in a team,
  • You are dynamic, have good adaptability skills and can show initiative,
  • You are curious and have an interest in the fields of IT / Cybersecurity,
  • You are open to the idea of occasionally traveling outside of Paris.
