Business Development, Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities- Grow and maintain relationships and revenue with top Brand Marketer, Retail Media and Commerce Media clients at the Director level and above (C‑suite).
- Partner with Account Director (CSMs) to prepare and deliver client‑facing and internal QBRs, account planning sessions, complex renewals, product swaps, down‑sell and revenue forecasting.
- Focus on variable growth opportunity, commercial value expansion motions and manage complex contract renegotiations.
- Exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.
- Outline strategy for the growth of partnership with top clients.
- Effectively liaise internally with stakeholders at the forefront of emerging Live Ramp solutions.
- Contribute to the overall brand, media and commerce strategy based on client needs and industry experience.
- Work alongside the Client Lead to maximize Live Ramp value within the client organization and define the joint client roadmap.
- 5‑7+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in sell‑side media or advertising technology.
- SAAS background a plus.
- Charged as the quarterback on a list of named accounts; responsible for all revenue, renewals, variable spending, overage spending and whitespace for those accounts.
- Experience navigating complex Fortune
500 organizations. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly independent and self‑sufficient, needing little management; only coaching and mentorship.
- History of exceeding revenue and sales goals.
- Thorough knowledge of the AdTech and media landscape.
- Bonus:
Experience with identity, connectivity or measurement solutions.
Hybrid, 2 days a week in-office in our New York City office.
Base salary range: $134,000 to $181,500. Eligible for variable incentive compensation targeted at 75% of base salary. On‑target earnings approximately $234,000 to $317,625, assuming achievement of target performance goals.
