The Relationship Manager is a full‑time hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with approved builders and prospective partners, serving as a primary point of contact for program information, support, and issue resolution. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing a portfolio of builder accounts, conducting regular check‑ins, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service.
The Relationship Manager will also support outreach efforts, provide training on QBW programs and processes, collect feedback to improve offerings, and track key metrics related to partner satisfaction and retention. This position requires proactive communication, organized follow‑through, and a commitment to representing QBW’s standards of integrity and quality.
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long‑term partnerships.
- Sales, account management, or business development experience in insurance, real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information clearly to builders and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts, meetings, and follow‑ups effectively.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including in‑person meetings in Charlotte, NC and remote collaboration.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Analytical skills to interpret partner feedback and program data, and recommend improvements or solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑focused mindset aligned with QBW’s standards.
