Job TitleDistrict Account Manager – Full-Time
LocationIndianapolis or St Louis – Hybrid Work from Home

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for all existing customers within the district.
- Conduct regular check‑ins and site visits to maintain satisfaction and uncover upsell opportunities.
- Proactively address customer concerns and coordinate with operations to resolve service‑related issues promptly.
- Manage contract renewals, negotiate pricing adjustments, and secure service expansions.
- Work closely with operations to ensure all service commitments are met and exceeded.
- Track service performance metrics and share customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and contract updates in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to execute the sales plan—organic growth, scope increases, and price adjustments—to achieve or surpass annual revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in account management or customer service
- 1 year of experience in waste management or sweeping preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong customer relationship management and upsell ability.
- Proven sales and contract management skills, including renewal and pricing negotiations.
- Effective issue resolution and service coordination with operations.
- Performance tracking and reporting expertise.
