- Lead departmental projects and meetings
- Act as subject matter expert in cross-functional forums
- Day-to-day execution of client composition, production, audit, and quality assurance.
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
- Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.
- Translates concepts into practice.
- Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
- Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others. Act as a resource for others with less experience.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing or 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations or marketing.
- 5+ years of experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables.
Preferred:
- 5+ years project management experience within a matrix organization.
- Proven organizational skills.
- 5+ years of professional writing and editing experience.
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe suite.
The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
