In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To- Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory while coordinating with the assigned team.
- Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in Salesforce.
- Attain high levels of customer satisfaction through sales and support assistance, and coordinate product demos, installs, and training.
- Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories.
- Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies, utilizing strategic selling tools.
- Build product knowledge and use tools such as DOMO and Showpad for territory business reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
- Proven time‑management skills, contract negotiation, and high‑level selling experience in a matrixed environment.
- Experience with or other CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Travel: 50–75%.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel overnight for territory coverage and/or company meetings.
- Prior laboratory sales, instruments or consumables.
- Prior sales experience.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 – $115,000. This is the range we believe is possible for this role at the time of posting. Salary may be modified. The role is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
