About the Role

Within our global Sales Outbound & Relationship Management Department, our mission is to educate Clients on financial market principles and empower them to utilize OANDA's products. In this Warsaw-based role, you will focus on the EU26 market, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. This is a chance to expand your skills by taking ownership of your daily results, Client relationships and driving real business impact.

We follow an on-site working model at the Warsaw UNIT office, ensuring close team collaboration with the option for occasional remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with potential Clients, identifying their needs and resolving any inquiries.
  • Acquire new Clients from OANDA's internal database (leads generated by Marketing Team) via phone and email.
  • Identify Clients needs and answer prospects questions concerning OANDA products and services.
  • Work with Onboarding and AML Teams to assist Customers when completing all documents required to open an account.
  • Attend conferences, fairs and sales meetings and represent OANDA.
  • Leverage CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or SugarCRM) to manage Customer pipelines, track interactions, and drive data-driven sales actions.
  • Stay up to date with financial market trends and monitor global economic situations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in phone‑based Sales, Customer Service or similar roles (impact matters more than years).
  • Fluent English & German.
  • Passion and desire to work in Sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A goal‑oriented and proactive mindset with natural motivation to hit the targets and drive growth.
  • Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience within the financial industry.
  • Background in managing and building relationships with German‑speaking Clients.
  • Degree‑level education (or equivalent professional experience) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
