Territory covers all the states from Colorado to Minnesota. Key cities include Salt Lake City (UT), Denver (CO), Sioux Falls (SD), Minneapolis (MN), Des Moines (IA), Kansas City West (KS), and Kansas City East (MO).

What you will doThe District Sales Manager oversees sales activities within a specific geographical district.
Key responsibilities include:
overseeing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing strategies to hit goals, reporting on sales metrics, and acting as the liaison to medical professionals by providing clinical knowledge of our products.
- Track progress of marketing messages and programs.
- Provide feedback to district teams on marketing allocation and resource utilization.
- Manage district teams to maximize performance and achieve/exceed sales and budget targets.
- Screen, interview, and hire candidates.
- Ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Coach and counsel employees for development.
- Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews and competency assessments.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Finance, other Business Units).
- Share best practices with direct reports and peers.
- Participate in cluster teams and conduct district sales meetings.
- Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to meet objectives.
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
- Master’s degree and 6 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
- Associate’s degree and 10 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
- High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
2 years of managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, and programs, or directing allocation of resources.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience training new team members.
- Experience working within the territory.
- Ability to recognize and promote success behaviors and coach improvements.
- Ability to leverage market and customer knowledge to target messages and resources strategically.
- Knowledge of local payor coverage.
- Ability to understand and articulate clinical concepts, data, and conclusions.
- Use of clinical information to address customer questions and objections.
- Ability to recruit candidates that meet minimum job criteria.
- Success in interviewing and hiring sales representatives who can meet expectations.
- Strong sense of responsibility and self‑discipline.
- Ability to set appropriate short‑term and long‑term objectives and communicate effectively with sales staff and business units.
