We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Parts Trader to join our dynamic and rapidly growing global sales team. This role is based preferably in our Miami Sales office and reports directly to an SVP of Trading. Please note that this is an in-office position and is not available for remote work.

We are looking for high-performing candidates with a proven track record in Airframe or Engine Parts Trading who are eager to contribute to our ambitious growth strategy. This position offers high on-target earnings (OTE) and the opportunity to be part of a thriving, results-driven team.

Job Objectives
  • Develop sales strategy and plans to strengthen the company's existing customer base
  • Quote customers and follow up and close quote/sales opportunities
  • Trade the company’s inventory by means of sales and exchanges to customers worldwide
  • Create, manage and maintain new customer base of accounts.
  • Maximise all Sales and Purchasing opportunities as they arise
  • Committed to finding and buying inventory for stock
  • Help develop the company’s Customer relationships and business opportunities
  • Deliver high quality customer service and responses
Requirements
  • Proven Parts Trading experience in the Aviation industry essential
  • Hungry to earn commissions and grow professionally
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and their executive management
  • Expertise in a niche product line – Engine, APU or Landing Gear for example would be advantageous as would established relationships in a particular market or region.

  • Understands the Sales and Purchasing process completely
  • Enthusiastic, creative, detail orientated and ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Consultative approach to problem solving

Competitive compensation package, including base salary, monthly commissions, and discretionary performance bonus and annual performance increase.
