CoverageChicago location; you are expected to be based in the region.
What you will do- Represent all PGIM Global Wealth products and vehicles including mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, alternative investments, CITs across retail and retirement platforms to investment professionals in your territory.
- Raise net new assets for the firm and serve the firm’s existing client base across wirehouses, regional broker dealers, and RIA aggregator firms.
- Differently communicate investment strategies, provide technical information, and articulate benefits relative to competitors.
- Demonstrate expert level understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, capital markets, and industry related topics.
- Be based out of your home office within a major zone of your geographic region and have access to a major airport that serves all the states in that zone.
- A sales job within a pay‑for‑performance culture, with expectations to meet specific sales targets across investment products and vehicles.
- Strong communication skills required to effectively communicate one‑on‑one, electronically, and present to groups of financial professionals.
- Requirement to be well‑organized, structured, and disciplined in sales systems and processes.
- Collaboration with internal and external business partners to align resources to expected sales outcomes.
- Self‑motivated with successful territory management and selling skills, and the ability to drive objectives autonomously.
- 5‑7 years of experience in the asset‑management distribution industry and 3‑5 years of sales experience directly to financial intermediaries.
- Extensive travel, approximately 80% of the time.

63 or 65.

The role is eligible for participation in the PGIM Global Wealth Sales Compensation plan. Additional compensation and/or benefits may also be available.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
