Location: Kota Bandung
Talent Pop App is hiring a Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist to engage customers and drive e-commerce sales from a remote setup. You will identify upsell opportunities, manage post-purchase experiences, and recover lost revenue while representing the brand with concierge-level service.
The role requires strong communication, at least 1 year of remote sales/customer support experience, and familiarity with Shopify/CRM tools. Join a fast-growing remote team with performance-based rewards.
