As part of JCB North America, you will play a crucial role in promoting sales and building relationships between dealers and end-users. This role requires a background in outside sales, particularly within agriculture equipment. You will provide essential training and support to ensure successful equipment sales throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives to achieve retail sales goals
• Execute and manage product demonstrations for clients
• Support dealers via customer demonstrations and events
• Develop product literature showcasing advantages
• Conduct training sessions for dealers and regional teams
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in outside sales roles
• Familiarity with agricultural equipment is essential
• Required to travel frequently (up to 90%)
• Valid driver’s license needed to conduct business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
