Con Met seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to lead efforts in Western Canada. This remote position involves identifying new business opportunities and educating clients on aftermarket products and solutions. Candidates should excel in market research, lead-generation strategies, and CRM documentation to foster business growth and cooperation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute lead-measure initiatives to enhance market presence
• Analyze customer needs to develop solutions for growth
• Leverage networks to identify new opportunities
• Build relationships with decision-makers in dealerships and distributors
• Provide insights on market conditions and competitor activity
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management preferred
• Minimum five years in business development within the commercial vehicle industry
• Strong knowledge of the North American heavy truck market
• English fluency is required;
French is a plus
• Willingness to travel across Canada for client support
