Job opportunity at CV Era Maju Sejahtera located in Nganjuk, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. We are a distributor focusing on high‑quality ice cream from the Joyday brand and are looking for a motivated individual to join our team.

As a Sales Taking Order, you will handle product orders from customers, both in person and via telephone, manage order data, ensure accurate information, and support the sales team in meeting sales targets. You will coordinate with the operations team to ensure on‑time delivery and evaluate sales performance to provide strategic recommendations.

Position is hybrid: office and remote work. Candidates must hold a SMA/SMK diploma and preferably have experience in telesales, sales analysis, marketing strategy, and B2C/B2B sales. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, proactive attitude, and readiness to contribute to company goals are essential.

• Handle customer orders via direct and telephone communication.
• Maintain and verify order data accuracy.
• Support sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies.

• High‑school (SMA/SMK) diploma required.
• Experience in telesales, sales analysis, marketing strategy.
