• Drive policy sales and term warranty premiums while ensuring compliance and a customer-first approach
• Be responsive, courteous, and professional in dealings with lead providers and customers
• Execute the sales process with expertise, attention to detail, and integrity
• Promote additional products to maximize lead potential
• Use interpersonal skills and effective communication to gain acceptance of products
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and attentive listening
• Demonstrate how products meet customer needs and share best practices to improve team performance
• Address objections appropriately and overcome challenges
• Manage time effectively, particularly in remote work situations
• Consistently meet and exceed performance targets in a disciplined, deadline-driven environment
• Continuously enhance skills through ongoing practice and improvement

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience within a call centre environment
• 2 years of experience in Term Warranty or Vap
• RE5 certification
• Fluency in English and at least one other official language
• Proven skills in sales, customer service, communication, needs analysis, negotiation, and time management

• Insurance industry practices
