VP, Head of Business Development – Lending Partnerships

Dynamic Business Development Executive responsible for expanding Achieve Lending’s business through strategic third‑party partnerships. Leads negotiations, partnership economics, and partner‑driven channel growth, while managing the full lifecycle from prospecting to post‑deal value creation.

• BD Strategy & Execution:
  Design and lead a go‑to‑market strategy for partner relationships, owning prospecting, high‑level negotiation, contract execution, and post‑deal value creation.
• Channel P&L Management:
  Optimize Cost of Acquisition, monitor pull‑through rates, and ensure partner‑driven originations meet volume and profitability benchmarks.
• Product & Tech Liaison:
  Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to keep product suites competitive and onboarding frictionless.
• Distribution Growth:
  Scale HELOC and unsecured personal loan distribution through third‑party channels.
• Relationship Management:
  Maintain executive‑level relationships with key decision makers at partner accounts to ensure high‑volume, profitable growth.

• 10+ years in business development or strategic partnerships within Fintech or Banking.
• Deep knowledge of consumer credit products, especially HELOC and unsecured loans.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex, multi‑year revenue‑share or white‑label agreements.
• Analytical rigor: build business cases and stress test partner projections against actual P&L performance.
• Cross‑lending agility: pivot seamlessly between personal loans and the regulatory/valuation world of home equity.

$250,000 to $275,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary consideration will factor in location, experience, and role‑related factors.
