Inside Sales Representative II

What You'll Be Doing
  • Customer relationship Management:
    Act as the primary internal contact for assigned customer accounts, providing proactive service and support. You will be working with a Field Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Representative who will call on the same account base, and you will both manage the territory as a team.
  • Sales processing (Oracle):
    Utilize Oracle to process RFQ's (request for quotes), sales orders, and manage various order alerts.
  • Inventory and Logistics:
    Check stock availability and shipping dates, assist in managing after the sale situations with the support of our Customer Service team.
  • Lead Generation and prospecting:
    Manage leads from our suppliers. Working with your FSE/TSR to expand product offerings at existing accounts.
  • Technical support:
    Collaborate with FSE/TSR, Product Managers, and Field Application Engineers to assist in providing technical solutions and product alternatives to customers.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience:

    2-4+ years of Inside Sales or Sales support experience, preferably in electronic component or semiconductor distribution.
  • Software Proficiency:
    Proven experience using Oracle or similar (ERP/CRM) for order processing, quoting, and customer data management (preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Basic understanding of semiconductors, passive components, or electronic components (preferred).
  • Skills:

    Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), strong negotiation abilities, and high attention to detail required.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not necessary if there is proven industry experience.
  • This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Revenue targets and growth within assigned territory/accounts
  • Quote turnaround time and conversion rate.
  • Accuracy of Oracle data entry (order entry/quoting).
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates
Work Arrangement
  • Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$35.74 - $43.68
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
