PositionInside Sales Representative II
What You'll Be Doing- Customer relationship Management:
Act as the primary internal contact for assigned customer accounts, providing proactive service and support. You will be working with a Field Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Representative who will call on the same account base, and you will both manage the territory as a team. - Sales processing (Oracle):
Utilize Oracle to process RFQ's (request for quotes), sales orders, and manage various order alerts. - Inventory and Logistics:
Check stock availability and shipping dates, assist in managing after the sale situations with the support of our Customer Service team. - Lead Generation and prospecting:
Manage leads from our suppliers. Working with your FSE/TSR to expand product offerings at existing accounts. - Technical support:
Collaborate with FSE/TSR, Product Managers, and Field Application Engineers to assist in providing technical solutions and product alternatives to customers.
- Experience:
2-4+ years of Inside Sales or Sales support experience, preferably in electronic component or semiconductor distribution. - Software Proficiency:
Proven experience using Oracle or similar (ERP/CRM) for order processing, quoting, and customer data management (preferred). - Industry Knowledge:
Basic understanding of semiconductors, passive components, or electronic components (preferred). - Skills:
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), strong negotiation abilities, and high attention to detail required. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not necessary if there is proven industry experience. - This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).
- Revenue targets and growth within assigned territory/accounts
- Quote turnaround time and conversion rate.
- Accuracy of Oracle data entry (order entry/quoting).
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
