We're expanding and looking for a high-level Elite Producer
- Insurance Closing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, lead-driven environment.

We have offices in Plainview, NY and Irmo, SC. In‑office and remote opportunities are available for the right candidate.

We provide inbound lead flow: no begging friends and family, no building your book from scratch. We deliver inbound opportunities you close.

Live transfers and fresh data leads daily.

We use Ricochet CRM and an automated marketing system to keep your pipeline full.

Large marketing budget = constant opportunities to close.

• Excels on the phone.
• Keen at handling live transfers.
• Understands lead velocity and follow‑up.
• Wants to earn top‑tier uncapped commission.

• Annual base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities.

• Experience working leads.
• Track record of being a top performer.
• Have a P&C License or Personal Lines License.
