Remote Sales Representative​/Business Development

Role

Full-time Territory Sales Representative focused on developing a dealer and partner network in designated regions.

• Prospect, sign, and onboard new dealers and partners, including window covering retailers, AV integrators, and home furnishings businesses.
• Conduct live product demos highlighting the quick 60-second retrofit installation.
• Support dealer onboarding with training, sales materials, and market development.
• Manage territory pipeline via CRM, maintain relationships with active accounts, and identify new sales opportunities in commercial and residential sectors.
• Represent the company at industry events, gather market feedback, and build a repeatable sales strategy.

• 2+ years B2B sales experience, existing relationships in relevant channels, proven ability to open new accounts, strong prospecting and demo skills, CRM proficiency, and reliable travel capabilities.
• Preferred experience includes knowledge of window coverings, AV, smart home tech, or launching new products into dealer networks.

Base salary plus commission, activation bonuses, and performance incentives. Success involves building a dealer base, increasing reorders, and establishing a regional presence with unlimited earning potential.
