Overview
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for the Wichita, Kansas sales territory, focusing on developing and expanding distribution channels and maintaining strong customer relationships with automotive reconditioning, detailing businesses, car washes, dealerships, and collision repair facilities.
Responsibilities- driving revenue growth and sustainable market expansion
- identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- supporting existing accounts through product training and engagement
- planning and executing product demonstrations and trainings
- managing leads, prospects, and sales activities systematically
- regular reporting and coordination with the National Sales Manager
- representing the company at customer meetings and industry events
- sales experience in automotive, chemical, or PBE sectors
- strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- an independent, goal-oriented work approach
- customer focus and commercial awareness
- ability to manage a large geographic area efficiently
- valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
