Position: Enterprise BDR (Remote)

Are you passionate about sales and eager to engage with senior executives to identify new opportunities? ez Cater is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage outbound prospecting techniques to call and email prospects, build leads and pipelines for managed accounts, and secure meetings with decision‑makers. You will qualify prospects by understanding their needs and guide appropriate next steps using your knowledge of ez Cater solutions.

What

You’ll Do
  • Call and email prospects to build leads and pipeline for managed accounts by leveraging outbound prospecting techniques
  • Achieve all input and output goals including contacts prospected, leads qualified, customer calls completed, meetings scheduled, and opportunities created
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and use your knowledge about ez Cater solutions to guide appropriate next steps
  • Partner with Account Executives to multi‑thread into accounts, securing meetings with prospective decision makers
  • Work with other sales team members to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are clearly defined via discovery and qualification calls
  • Accurately track activity and develop pipeline using a CRM, with the ability to leverage self‑service reporting tools
  • Represent ez Cater at various customer‑facing events, including but not limited to industry‑focused conferences, trade shows or other general opportunities
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What You Have
  • Entry level (0-2 years) experience in sales development
  • Experience navigating prospective accounts at senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities and decision makers
  • Able to execute against required phone call and contact cadences
  • Self‑starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive, and results‑oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success self‑prospecting
  • Experience using prospecting tools like Zoom Info and Linked In Sales Navigator
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience with G‑Suite products and applications
  • Experience in navigating highly complex and networked accounts to map and understand key decision makers
  • Experience interacting with procurement and/or supply chain roles
  • Have the ability to travel 25% of the year; including Sales Kick Off, Together Weeks, and customer visits when applicable.

The national cash compensation for this role will consist of base salary and a variable component for a total on‑target earnings (OTE) of $80,000 per year. There is also an additional target bonus for this position.
