Role OverviewWe are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for a newly created role driven by business expansion. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact within one of the company’s fastest‑growing markets. Ideal candidates are passionate about building relationships, driving growth through channel partners, and contributing to a high‑performing sales organization.
Work Schedule and LocationWork schedule:
50% field‑based, 50% remote/home office.
Preferred locations:
California or Arizona. Territory to cover:
California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
- Manage and grow a channel partner network to drive territory performance.
- Develop and execute strategies for business development and account growth.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings with partners.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support sales initiatives and territory expansion.
- Maintain and update customer and partner information using CRM tools.
- Balance strategic planning and field engagement.
- A degree in a science‑related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or an equivalent is an asset.
- Experience in water, wastewater, or related industries (chemical, industrial, or oil & gas sectors with water exposure).
- Strong understanding of channel partner or distributor sales models.
- Proven ability in business development and account management.
- Hands‑on experience utilizing a CRM tool (Salesforce).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.

Base salary range: $110,000 – $145,000 USD per year. Eligible for incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
