Location:

Markham - onsite

This role is Monday to Friday with shifts from 8am to 8pm and on Saturdays from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Saturdays they will work from home.

Hourly Pay Range: $19/- to $25/- per hour

Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to support outbound calling initiatives for Auto and Home Insurance. This role focuses on engaging prospective and existing customers through an automated dialer system to generate qualified follow-up opportunities for licensed advisors. The ideal candidate is sales proficient, confident on the phone, customer-focused, and motivated by performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support high-volume outbound calls from an automated dialer system
  • Engage customers professionally to introduce auto and home insurance offerings
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads for follow-up by licensed advisors
  • Accurately document call outcomes, customer details, and next steps in the system
  • Schedule callbacks or transfers to appropriate sales teams
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets (calls, lead generation)
  • Handle objections effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service role preferred
  • Basic P&C Insurance knowledge Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage customers effectively
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM/dialer systems
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    Qualified leads generated Call quality and compliance adherence
