At Tellent, we’re on a mission to help organisations attract, hire and retain the right people. Our products support thousands of companies across Europe, and we’re looking for a Digital Account Manager - Benelux to grow a high‑volume portfolio of our Benelux customers.
Key Responsibilities
As our Digital Account Manager Benelux, you’ll own expansion across a high-volume portfolio of Tellent’s customers — add‑on upsells, plan upgrades and cross‑sells, managed full‑cycle.
You’ll handle a high cadence of customer requests, spot opportunities quickly, and move deals efficiently to close, bringing customers deeper into the Tellent platform (Tellent Recruitee and Tellent HR).
You’ll be the single commercial point of contact for your customers.
It’s a fast‑paced, high‑energy role — perfect for a commercially driven account manager who loves being on the phone, wants to win, likes to work in a high‑paced environment and is ambitious.
You’ll be part of the Benelux Account Management team, based in our Amsterdam office and working closely with Customer Experience and Marketing. You’ll own the fast‑moving, high‑volume side of the business — and we invest in your development: this role is for the ambitious Account Manager that wants to grow into a strategic role.
During the first 3 months:
You’ll immerse yourself in our products and customer base, take ownership of your portfolio, and build a consistent daily activity engine — on the phone with customers from week one.
Within 6 months:
You’ll be independently managing a high volume of expansion conversations, converting add‑ons, upgrades and cross‑sells efficiently, and keeping your pipeline clean and moving.
After 1 year:
You’ll be a high-output, go‑to owner of the high‑volume segment and a driving force behind the team’s expansion results, with a strong track record to show for it.
Own expansion for a high volume of customers full‑cycle — add‑on upsells, plan upgrades and cross‑sells.
Handle a high cadence of customer requests and proactively spot expansion signals, moving opportunities quickly to close.
Be the single commercial point of contact for your customers.
Keep a disciplined daily activity rhythm — calls first, fast follow‑up, strong CRM hygiene in Hub Spot.
Partner with Customer Experience on account health and hand‑offs.
Continuously learn our products and keep sharpening your commercial skills.
Success in this role looks like:
Consistent expansion revenue from a high volume of add‑ons, upgrades and cross‑sells, a clean, fast‑moving pipeline with disciplined daily activity, quick, professional responses that turn customer requests into opportunities, strong product knowledge and growing commercial depth, recognised as the go‑to owner of the high‑volume segment.
Qualifications
A genuine desire to win, hit targets and keep raising your game.
A customer‑first, curious mindset — you listen for the real need and stay calm under a high volume of “no”.
Fluent in Dutch (required, C1+) and English.
High energy and a bias to action — you pick up the phone and keep momentum without waiting for perfect conditions.
Some commercial experience (e.g. as an SDR, BDR, Account Manager, or in a similar role) — or a proven track record that demonstrates ambition, resilience, and coachability.
Strong organisation — you handle high volume without dropping balls.
