Sales Representative, Building Services & Construction

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Sales Representative, Building Services & Construction based in Nashville, TN. You’ll help build a strong sales network, working with customers to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint. You'll own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating agreements and closing deals.

• Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Develop and deliver commercial sales proposals.
• Sell equipment rentals and services to our Building Services and Construction customers.
• Develop medium-to-long‑term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
• Partner with operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale.

• 3–7 years of direct business‑to‑business sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of the construction process and manufacturing‑based customer focus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
• Prior successful attainment of assigned sales goals.
• Partnership with other areas of the Aggreko business (Operations, Fleet, Logistics).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
