About the Role
Enterprise Account Executive responsible for spearheading high‑stakes sales cycles (average order value $500k+) using MEDDPICC and other frameworks. You will lead virtual cross‑functional teams, forge deep relationships with CISOs, and drive revenue growth across large regional accounts in a hyper‑growth cybersecurity environment.
Key Responsibilities- Run a sophisticated sales process from prospecting to closure while collaborating across internal teams.
- Partner with channel and channel managers to build a net‑new and recurring revenue pipeline.
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers, becoming an expert on Sentinel One products and the cybersecurity landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VAR and MSP partners to scale the pipeline.
- Prepare accurate weekly forecasts and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Represent Sentinel One at conferences, events, and in the broader industry as a thought leader.
- 5+ years of selling to enterprise accounts in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven record of exceeding quota.
- Experience closing deals with an average size of $500k+ and strong knowledge of MEDDPICC.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and business leaders.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the value proposition for CSOs and CISOs.
- Experience in hyper‑growth organizations and building new pipeline while nurturing existing relationships.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
- Leadership mindset to drive results across a “virtual” team of sales engineers, channel managers, marketing, and executive sponsors.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
Base salary range contingent on location, plus on‑target earnings (OTE) ranging from $248,000 to $341,000 USD. Compensation is structured to include a mix of base, commissions, and equity.
