You will generate your own leads through door-knocking and canvassing, meet homeowners on-site, and close residential landscaping and hardscape projects.

A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of sales experience are required.

Who You Are:
* You are a self-motivated hunter who is comfortable knocking on doors and starting conversations cold.
* You connect quickly and build trust with homeowners.
* You are internally driven, competitive, and accountable without micromanagement.
* You are goal-oriented, persistent, and energized by uncapped, commission-based earning potential.
* You have door-knocking or canvassing experience and believe value — not the lowest price — is how you win the work.
* You bring at least 1 year of sales experience and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

What You Will Do Each Day:
* Generate your own leads through door-knocking, canvassing, and neighborhood prospecting across our service area.
* Meet homeowners on-site to assess their property, understand their goals, and scope residential landscaping and hardscape projects.
* Lead discovery conversations, present solutions, prepare and deliver quotes, and close deals.
* Build and manage your own pipeline, following up consistently to keep projects moving.
* Coordinate a smooth hand-off to our project and crew teams and represent the Legacy Land Pros brand professionally in every interaction.
