Senior Account Executive

Position: Senior Account Executive - Hybrid Role

Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Sales, this position requires proactive prospecting and pipeline development. You'll lead strategic conversations that connect Hootsuite's solutions with clients' business challenges, effectively crafting and communicating value propositions to C-suite leaders. Your goal is to build long-lasting partnerships while achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and maintain a robust sales pipeline

• Manage complex sales cycles with executive stakeholders

• Educate clients on social media's impact on their strategies

• Execute strategies for existing customer expansion

• Document sales activities using Salesforce and related tools

Requirements:

• 2+ years in senior B2B sales, ideally in software

• Strong skills in crafting and executing sales strategies

• Proven ability to focus on client value and ROI

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Self-motivated with a persistent drive for results
