Inside Sales Account Manager – Venlo, Tilburg or Ede. Drive growth by building strong customer relationships, recognising opportunities, and expanding the customer portfolio within DSV’s transport organisation.

• Actively maintain customer relationships and have regular contact via phone and email;
• Identify commercial opportunities and expand existing transport flows for customers;
• Prepare and present pricing proposals and participate in MBRs and QBRs;
• Analyse customer needs, escalations and improvement opportunities and translate these into concrete solutions.

• Work experience in a commercial role within transport or logistics;
• A strong commercial drive and the motivation to grow both customers and results;
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and preferably also English;
• An entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset where you recognise opportunities and persist until the goal is achieved;
• The ability to work independently and strengthen relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• A competitive gross monthly salary depending on your knowledge and experience;
