Lumber Trader (Remote) – Unlimited Earning Potential
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Compensation: $130,000–$300,000+ (Commission-Based)

Commission Structure
- Annual Gross Profit up to $250,000 – 50% Commission
- $250,001 – $400,000 – 55% Commission
- Over $450,000 – 60% Commission
There is no cap on your earning potential. Top performers consistently generate exceptional annual income.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a profitable portfolio of lumber and forest products customers
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and customers across North America
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with mills, wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers
- Manage pricing, freight coordination, and order execution
- Identify new market opportunities while expanding existing accounts
- Negotiate contracts and maximize gross profit on every transaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Lumber Trader, Forest Products Trader, or Commodity Trader
- Established relationships within the lumber, wood products, or building materials industry are strongly preferred
- Proven success developing new business and managing customer accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $130,000–$300,000+ annually (commission-based)
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
