Client Relationship Consultant - Group ; Addison, TX or East TX

What You’ll Do

This role is for a Client Relationship Consultant in the Addison, TX area. You will partner closely with the Sales team and broker partners to develop and implement customized group‑benefits strategies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering upon a strategic relationship plan that includes quarterly and annual goals.
• Providing expert renewal analysis and delivery.
• Delivering outstanding service and selling new lines of business.

Client Relationship Consultant:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 4+ years of related experience (group benefits and/or account management preferred).
• Ability to acquire and maintain all required state licenses within 90 days; active life/health license preferred.
• Excellent persuasion, interpersonal, problem‑solving, decision‑making, time‑management, presentation, listening, oral and written communication skills, and analytical skills.
• Advanced math skills required; intermediate computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications preferred.
• Maintains accuracy while being detail oriented and protects confidentiality.
• Travel required (approx. 25%), including overnight stays.

Senior Client Relationship Consultant: above qualifications apply, plus 8+ years of related experience in group benefits or account management.

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non‑sales positions may participate in a bonus program; sales positions are eligible for sales incentives and, in some instances, a bonus plan that can increase total compensation.

• Client Relationship Consultant: $62,000 – $84,000 / year.
• Senior Client Relationship Consultant: $77,000 – $105,000 / year.

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees. FTO allows paid time away for vacation, personal or short‑term illness. Employees do not accrue a bank of time off under FTO, and there is no set number of days.

Hiring for the Addison, TX field sales office or remote out of East Texas. Candidates within a 30‑mile radius of Addison will work a hybrid arrangement (at least three days in office).

Hybrid work is offered, blending office and remote work in a typical week. Management reserves the right to adjust the required days in office.
