We are seeking an experienced Regional Territory Manager to support and expand our Southwest Territory. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, self-directed sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and working independently with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do- Manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business opportunities.
- Call on commercial AV integrators, rental & production companies, consultants, government agencies, educational institutions, and end users.
- Conduct product demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, technical training sessions, and sales presentations.
- Work alongside customer sales and engineering teams to recommend the best technical solutions.
- Execute manufacturer promotions, product launches, and strategic sales initiatives.
- Travel throughout the territory approximately 2–3 days per week while managing your schedule from a home office.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is highly self-motivated and takes ownership of their success.
- Has an exceptional work ethic and enjoys working independently.
- Is organized, disciplined, and capable of managing a multi-state territory from a home office.
- Consistently follows through on commitments and proactively develops new business.
- Possesses outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- 5–10+ years of professional AV industry experience.
- Background in one or more of the following:
- AV integration
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Digital and analog mixing consoles
- DSP platforms
- Amplification
- Distributed audio
- Commercial video systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Approximately $100,000 annual base salary (commensurate with experience)
