About the Role
Amplitude is a leading AI analytics platform that helps over 4,700 customers build better products and digital experiences. The U.S. Sales Development team is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic office in San Francisco.
What You’ll Do- Run a full all-bound motion: drive outbound prospecting, follow up on inbound MQLs, and convert field event registrants and attendees into pipeline.
- Target and convert key accounts using personalized campaigns, strategic research, and account-level signal analysis.
- Develop a strong understanding of Amplitude's product offerings to support discovery calls and evaluation cycles with potential customers.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, personalize outreach at scale, and surface the right accounts and contacts at the right time.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, SDR Leadership, and Enablement teams to identify best practices and share learnings.
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual targets while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
- Must be available to work from the New York or San Francisco office every Tuesday through Thursday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong track record of consistent success across academics, athletics, work, or internships.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented settings.

- Experience building and managing pipeline in a high-growth environment.
- Comfort experimenting with and improving sales processes using data and analytics.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales tools, systems, and processes, including AI‑powered prospecting and productivity tools.

Must be available to work from either the New York or San Francisco office every Tuesday through Thursday. Based on California legislation, this role is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Salary range: $74,000 – $112,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission).
