Arrow Stream is seeking an Account Manager to own multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations, driving retention, renewal, and expansion for Arrow Stream and BEP brands. You will partner with Implementation, Sales, and Data teams to support adoption and deliver value.
Required:
5+ years in SaaS account management or customer success; strong stakeholder engagement; travel a few nights per month;
Bachelor's degree or related experience; proficiency with CRM, Jira, and MS Office.
