About the Role

Yipit Data seeks a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound client engagement for Spend Hound, a free software renewal management platform. The role focuses on identifying prospects, initiating sales conversations, and securing meetings with finance, operations, and IT leaders to promote Spend Hound’s value to help companies save time and money on software renewals.

• Use outbound sales skills (cold calling, emailing, Linked In messaging) to generate interest and schedule meetings.
• Research and target finance, operations, and IT leaders across U.S. companies.
• Develop expertise with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Groove, Aircall, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and others.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
• Track and report on outreach metrics; contribute to continuous learning and process improvement.

• 1+ year of high‑velocity sales experience as an SDR/BDR.
• Proficient in English and experienced selling to U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold‑calling.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• High empathy, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and resourceful with strong time management.
• Resilient to rejection; comfortable with coaching and continuous learning.
• Positive outlook and sound judgment in new situations.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship required.

This remote‑friendly opportunity can be based in NYC, Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, Seattle, or anywhere else in the U.S. Income may be subject to New York State tax withholding if the remote work is performed outside the listed hubs. NYC–based salaries are paid for all U.S. roles regardless of location.
