Seven Starling is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our go-to-market sales motion. You will own reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and the CRM infrastructure, enabling field reps to work efficiently and accurately.
You’ll collaborate with the VP of Sales, build dashboards and SOPs, manage data hygiene in Hub Spot, and mentor junior team members. The role is full-time and remote, offering a base salary of $120K plus up to $25K annual bonus
