As a key member of the Sales team, the Sales Executive will play a vital role in supporting daily sales operations and helping move leads through the sales process. Responsibilities include handling inbound customer communications, preparing and fulfilling quotes, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate CRM records, and conducting timely follow-up with prospects and customers.
Phone & Email Communication- Answer and return customer calls.
- Respond to sales-related emails.
- Ask basic qualifying questions about customer projects.
- Route more complex or high-value conversations to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone with customers.
- Use internal pricing tools and templates to prepare quotes.
- Send quote emails using approved language and pricing guidance.
- Confirm customer details, including vehicle year, make, model, required parts, and project timeline.
- Determine whether a customer is ready to move forward, still researching, or not a fit.
- Identify higher-priority leads based on timing, project seriousness, and customer intent.
- Escalate strong opportunities to the Sales Manager.
- Update customer records in Pipedrive.
- Log calls, emails, notes, and follow-up activity.
- Keep leads organized by status.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and record outcomes.
- Help maintain inbox organization.
- Support the sales manager with daily lead flow.
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
- Provide updates on active leads, blockers, and follow-up needs.
- At least three years of proven experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Lead Qualification, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, or Client Relations roles.
- At least two years of experience working in a global remote or virtual environment for a company based in North America.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent for clear and cohesive client communications.
- Experience managing and responding to sales-related emails promptly.
- Comfortable using time-tracking software (Hubstaff, Clockify, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Pipedrive preferred).
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Slack or other team collaboration tools for communication.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, with a natural discipline for tracking loops and follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Availability to attend weekly virtual sales meetings (Tuesdays).
