OverviewDrive Medicare enrollment by consulting with prospective members, presenting solutions, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role includes inbound calls, listing benefits, and closing sales, with a focus on compliance, education, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound phone calls from prospective members, determine their needs, and convert leads to qualified sales.
- Follow up with members on product questions and enrollment processes.
- Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information while maintaining accuracy.
- Explain product differences and assist members in selecting products to meet their needs.
- Complete enrollment applications over the phone, ensuring compliance with product requirements and guidelines.
- Meet performance, attendance, and customer experience goals.
- Maintain agent licensure, appointments, and annual product certification.
- Base pay plus monthly sales incentive (average annual earnings $50,000–$65,000; top performers can earn $80,000+).
- Sign‑on bonus up to $3,000 for licensed external applicants.

- Current and active health‑insurance license in the state of residence.
- 1+ years of recent sales experience utilizing a health‑insurance license, or a bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work regular shifts, including the training period, with flexibility for overtime and weekend work.
- Current resident of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, West Virginia, Indiana, or Michigan.
- Comfortable with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new system applications.
- Ability to adapt communication approach to diverse caller styles.
- Operating hours:
Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST; rotation for weekend shifts during training. - Full‑time position with seasonal flexibility.
- On‑site training program for 6–10 weeks; thereafter work from home in designated states.
