Nex Gen Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Manager who will renew, maintain, and grow existing customer relationships. They will focus on building a sales funnel through lead generation from lists, marketing and in territory prospects, lead follow up and funnel management. This position has a chance to make a large impact on a growing team and company.

Responsibilities:- Document all activity and maintain an accurate forecast in to represent activities.
- Grow and develop relationships with the Esprit sales force and their customer base to drive expansion and services.
- Establish and leverage machine tool partnerships, with the goal of selling software alongside new machine sales.
- Provide best in class customer service, by working closely with the extended team, which includes keeping notes of all customer interactions in to keep everyone in communication by leveraging systems (Salesforce, Fresh Desk, Zoom, Google Drive, etc).
- Conduct health check meetings with your territory customers to ensure end users and decision makers are aware of all PMT & software offers
- Working closely with the technical team to prepare for events and customer demonstrations.
- Assist PMT with sales and marketing planning and execution, including events
- Learn Esprit software solutions in terms of the key selling features and benefits for the customer base. Learn the best prospecting approaches and be prepared to lead discoveries with the technical team, including presentations to customers to win customer preference. Primary focus in Esprit 20XX, EDGE, NCSIMUL and Solid Works, including additional products added to the PMT Portfolio.
- Assess and deliver recommendations to improve PMT processes, procedures and infrastructure
- As new technology, processes, and solutions are brought to the team, you are expected to embrace change and help guide the company to the best possible outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5+ in Inside Sales Experience Required
- 2+ Years in Software sales preferred
- 1-2+ Years in Manufacturing Sales or Experience preferred
- Proven track record of high level customer service.
- Understanding use of CRM systems for proposals / quoting, order management, and customer engagements.
- Strong communication skills both in person and virtual environments
- Ability to work and function well in a cross-team environment.
