Position: Part-Time Growth & Community Associate

Sip Society Collective by Wine Wize is a professional development platform designed for women in client-facing and relationship-driven roles. It focuses on building intentional presence, perception, and influence in high-trust environments—equipping members to be more effectively experienced in the rooms where relationships, opportunities, and advancement are determined. Through curated experiences like First Pour and ongoing membership, Sip Society bridges the gap between capability and how that capability is recognized.

We re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starting professional to support lead generation, community engagement, event coordination, and CRM operations for Sip Society Collective. You ll work closely with our team and VA to keep our pipeline moving, our community thriving, and our events running smoothly.

What you ll do
  • Manage and qualify leads in Linked In Sales Navigator to build targeted lists, track engagement, and move prospects through the pipeline
  • Manage and qualify partnership leads to build a targeted pipeline for DFW corporate sponsor ships, memberships, and events
  • Execute outreach campaigns via Linked In with consistent, on-brand messaging
  • Moderate and engage our online community, responding to members, initiating conversations, and flagging opportunities
  • Support monthly in-person member events in the DFW area, including logistics coordination and on-site assistance
  • Help produce and coordinate virtual member events, managing RSVPs, platform setup, communications, and follow-up
  • Coordinate with our VA to keep Zoho CRM accurate, up to date, and properly tracked
What we re looking for
  • Hands-on experience with Linked In Sales Navigator (non-negotiable)
  • Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter
  • Strong written communication — you write clearly, warmly, and professionally
  • A process-follower who doesn t cut corners; you thrive in structured workflows
  • At ease supporting both in-person and virtual events with professionalism and energy
  • Based in the DFW area (remote work, but local presence required for monthly events)
