As an HVAC Sales Rep, your day will start with connecting with customers-listening to their needs, assessing their current HVAC setup, and recommending the best solutions. • 2+ years of proven experience in HVAC or home improvement sales
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

• HVAC certification or equivalent technical knowledge
• College degree in a related field
