This full‑time Salesperson role is a hybrid position based in Oklahoma City, OK, with some flexibility to work from home. The Salesperson will identify and engage prospective clients, conduct discovery meetings to understand financial needs, and present appropriate financial solutions and services. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads and referrals, preparing proposals, and maintaining detailed records in the firm’s CRM systems.
The role also involves building long‑term client relationships, coordinating with internal financial professionals, and staying informed about financial products and market trends. The Salesperson will participate in networking activities, client review meetings, and ongoing training to support sustained growth and client satisfaction.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, including active listening, clear presentation abilities, and professional interpersonal skills.
- Sales and business development skills, such as prospecting, lead qualification, closing techniques, and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of financial services, including basic understanding of investment, insurance, and retirement products, with a commitment to ongoing learning.
