Job Description
As Global Product Lead Information Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing a proactive global strategy for our information solutions. You will identify opportunities based on market, technology, and innovation trends, ensuring our product portfolio aligns seamlessly with customer needs. You will also oversee the commercial outcomes within this product category.
In this role, you will be the key expert on information solutions in an agricultural environment. You’ll combine hands‑on work with leadership and coordination, collaborating closely with departments such as GINS, R&D, and international markets to develop and position our products in a competitive, dynamic environment. Your focus will be on driving innovation and providing extensive sales support to enhance customer engagement and improve sales performance.
What will you do?
As the Global Product Lead Information Solutions, you are part of the Global Marketing Management Team. You will lead the Global Product Management Information Solutions team and inspire high performance. You will ensure international alignment within information products, such as Herd Optimizer, Sire Match, and Farm Management Software, fostering close collaboration across regional teams. You’ll be responsible for developing a global product strategy for information solutions that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Additionally, you’ll create and execute sales development strategies across various regions, based on market, competition, and sales data. By leveraging market trends and technological opportunities, you will continuously strengthen CRV’s market position.
What do you bring?
A master degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, sales, and product management.
In-depth knowledge of commercialization of data and software products in the agribusiness sector.
Knowledgeable with regards of the power of data and software development.
Proven track record as a people manager and coach, with strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with a preference for additional languages.
Demonstrated expertise in project management, with strong conceptual thinking and analytical abilities.
Willingness to travel internationally.
