Just Solutions, Inc. is hiring a full- or part-time Tech Business Development and Sales Manager in Fairport, NY. You can earn between $50,000 and $100,000/year
, depending on your base pay, performance-based pay, and bonuses. We offer extra rewards for new sales, staying with us for six months, and renewing agreements each year. You’ll have a flexible work schedule with time in the office and time working from home. Plus, you have the chance to increase your earnings and have more control over your paycheck.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We have both full- and part-time shifts

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR TECH BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES MANAGER

A day in the life as a Tech Business Development and Sales Manager:
Each day, you will reach out to small and mid-sized businesses to talk about their technology needs. You will spend time calling and meeting business leaders, learning about their problems, and showing them how Just Solutions, Inc. can help. You'll use your sales skills to build trust, answer questions, and explain our services in simple terms. You will also work with our technical team to help new clients get started and make sure they are happy with our services.

Your main goal is to find new clients and help the company grow.

Here’s what we need from you
  • Strong consultation, networking, and business development skills
  • High levels of emotional intelligence with the ability to adjust your approach to fit the customer
  • Ability to clearly explain technology in simple terms, thoroughly answer questions, and explain how the solution aligns with the client’s needs
  • Persistent yet respectful mentality with the ability to recognize when to push and when to back off
  • Strong desire to supplement your current income with a recurring revenue stream!
