The Sales Specialist is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Dammam, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for uniforms and care kits, managing existing accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies.
The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high service standards. The role also includes tracking sales performance, providing regular reports, and offering product training or demonstrations to customers when needed.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills to engage clients and address inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess sales management and training skills to support account growth and deliver product or process guidance to clients.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in uniforms, textiles, medical supplies, or related industries.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Dammam, manage schedules independently, and travel to client sites as required.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office; strong organizational and reporting abilities.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage, along with knowledge of the local market in Saudi Arabia.
