REMOTE - Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a remote Client Service Specialist to join our growing small business division and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves supporting a variety of clients, ranging from simple to moderately complex issues, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve goals.

As part of the Gallagher Select Client Service Team (CST), you will manage day‑to‑day account activities for a select group of small business accounts. Your work directly contributes to client retention, satisfaction, growth, and new service sales. You will ensure high‑quality, timely solutions, drive renewals, and expand relationships through consultative coaching.

Operating hours are Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Central Time, for a 40‑hour week.

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years client service and insurance experience – or high school diploma/GED with 3+ years client service and insurance experience
• Active Property and Casualty license
• Dependable internet access
• Ability to balance inbound phone calls, tasks, and emails
• Comfortable building rapport over the phone and engaging clients in consultative discussions
• Effectively manages competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• EPIC experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools
• Scheduling flexibility

We offer a competitive compensation package. The base salary range reflects the anticipated low and high ends for this position. Compensation is influenced by experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
