Outbound Sales Executive

About the Role

We are a Dubai-based real estate company seeking a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Representative to generate qualified real estate leads through cold calling. You will identify property sellers and investors, present property opportunities, and build relationships that lead to business closure.

• Contact existing property owners in Dubai to determine selling interest
• Build relationships and understand their selling requirements
• Convince property owners to sign Form A (Seller Listing Agreement)
• Gather accurate property information and maintain detailed records

• Contact investors and potential buyers from company databases
• Introduce and promote off-plan property launches in Dubai
• Explain project features, payment plans, investment benefits
• Understand client investment goals and property preferences
• Record investment budget and purchasing timelines
• Generate qualified investor leads for Dubai team follow-up

• Complete minimum 200 outbound calls per day
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends
• Attend training sessions and team meetings
• Meet and exceed assigned performance targets

Minimum 2 years outbound telesales or cold-calling experience (MANDATORY)

• Proven track record selling products/services over the phone
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and results‑oriented
• Comfortable making 200+ high‑volume outbound calls daily

Preferred:

• Previous real estate telesales experience
• Experience dealing with international clients
• Knowledge of Dubai property market
• CRM system experience

Fixed Salary: 25,000/month

Commission Structure (Uncapped):

• 1,000 per valid Contract A (Seller Marketing Agreement)
• 5% of gross commission on successful deal closures

Total Earning Potential: HIGH

Remote (Work from Home)

Monday-Friday (Saturday‑Sunday off)

International clientele

• This is a CHALLENGING sales role.
• Make 200+ calls daily
• Face rejection multiple times daily
• Work with international/premium clientele
• Meet daily and monthly KPI targets
• This role is NOT suitable for candidates who cannot handle rejection or looking for easy customer service work.

High performers may be invited to relocate to Dubai as a Sales Consultant after 6-12 months.
