Desort is expanding our national footprint and seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Business Development Partner to accelerate our growth across the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who thrives in a performance‑driven environment and excels at building long‑term client partnerships.
What You’ll Do- Manage, grow, nurture, and build a high‑value client portfolio
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with decision‑makers
- Expand and strengthen Desort’s national network
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver exceptional service
- Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and authority
- Recruitment experience required (agency or in‑house)
- Sales experience required
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
