You will become a trusted advisor to hotel owners, building awareness about how our products can benefit their property. You will learn the challenges that accommodation providers face and offer a solution that will bring value to their day‑to‑day and bottom line. As the leader in dynamic hotel revenue management, you will be at the forefront of innovation in the sector.
We won’t throw you into the deep end—we’ll train you on our products, industry and sales processes. A month‑long sales training and onboarding program will set you up for success. You will be supported by a dedicated sales coach, a buddy, and your team leader, who will coach and motivate you to achieve your professional goals.

What you’ll do- Client acquisition – Create new opportunities and upsell current customers. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from outreach to demo and closing.
- Achieving sales KPIs and targets – Work toward daily, weekly and monthly targets and close all sales in a timely manner.
- Presentation and negotiation – Prepare accurate quotes and develop and present proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner. Negotiate contracts as required, maintaining a balance between optimal service and value for the client and Site Minder’s profit margins.
- CRM maintenance – Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on Site Minder’s CRM system.
- Client feedback – Provide client feedback on products to the Product Team to inform product reviews.
- Partner management – Work with local industry groups and travel associations to promote Site Minder’s products and brand. Attend key functions and events, requiring occasional travel to client locations.
- Experience in Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) sales
- Fluent in German (min. C2)
- Professional proficiency in English
- A confident phone presence, fearlessness leading meetings with prospects, and great listening skills
- Strong communication skills professionally with customers, in writing and over the phone
